DINING ROOM PROCEDURE

As of Saturday, April 3rd our dining room and patio will be closed due to the implementation of the province wide shutdown.

We will only be open for contactless curbside pickup and delivery.

Thank you everyone for your continued support.

Our primary interest is the health and safety of our guests as well as our team members.

Your dining experience might look and feel a little different but our passion for exceptional service remains true.

These are our new dining procedures to follow to make your time at the Blackshop safe and enjoyable.

 

Enhanced Cleanliness & Educated Employees

We have increased our disinfection practices in all of the areas of our restaurant significantly. All employees have been trained with our new procedures and enhanced cleaning protocols.

Hand sanitizer is easily accessible for all guests and employees. We have also reduced points of contact and shared spaces.

Our team has had advanced Health & Safety training and will strictly follow procedures for wearing PPE, maintaining safe distances from guests and other staff members.

CURBSIDE PICKUP PROCEDURE

All menu options are available for curbside pickup.

Please place your order by calling 519-621-4180.

At the time of scheduled pickup please wait in the Blackshop rear parking. We will call you when your order is ready, at this point please pull up to the “Curbside” sign located by the rear entrance.  Open your trunk and we will place your order in for you and include your receipt as well as biodegradable cutlery, if requested.  Before leaving we kindly ask that you check your order for accuracy and that it meets your expectations.
